Lemon Water Recipe

Adding lemon, cucumber, and mint leaves to your water is a simple and natural way to add flavor while also cleansing and replenishing your body.

Lemons help to cleanse the body, boost your immune system, and improve digestion.

Cucumbers are 96% water so they provide a light flavor and extra hydration.

Mint is also good for digestion and provides a touch of sweetness without any added sugar.
